It was probably okay for a single person, but not for a family. The lighting in the bathroom was dim, and the ice machine was out of ice. It was just a little over-priced for what it was.
This was our second stay at this hotel and will stay again next year. Clean, Comfortable hotel with a superb staff. Location is around a large Mall with many restaurants to pick from.

We chose MainStay because of its location. Our party booked over 10 rooms and they did NOT give a discount on the rate. Although the manager of this place was very nice, there was one particular lady that was very rude. The room was ok...not...

Hotel was nice and staff was fairly accommodating. Some minor cleaning issues, but nothing that would stop me from staying at this hotel again. Loved the kitchenette feature--very helpful to thrifty...
The room was somewhat smaller than I had anticipated, but was very clean. The hotel staff was very nice and breakfast was a typical continental breakfast.
