I found ants and beetles in the sink and around the windows. Management was unprofessional and rude. After checking in on a 7-day reservation we were told that the room they had given us had been previously reserved by someone else, and we would have to be switched to another (more expensive) room. After checking out, my credit card was billed for unauthorized charges. This was a nightmare experience. I tried to resolve the problem with MainStay and Choice Hotels but they were rude and unresponsive.

Newly remodeled; clean rooms; everything seemed in working order; you really can't walk to either restaurants or shopping although they are nearby. Mall is a couple of exits south on I-65. Breakfast buffet is typical but their 'happy hour' on Monday through Wednesday evenings is a plus. While there we enjoyed pizza, hot dogs and chicken croissants (one selection each day) with salads, chips, soda and beer served daily. Staff was friendly. The patio, pool (well maintained) and the rocking chairs on the front porch were very accommodating. Grilling is also available (which we did) and there was no hassle. Kitchens are also great and very clean.

The location was close to the event I was attending. The rooms were adequate.

The hotel was okay. I have stayed at this one twice before. Room cleanliness was somewhat less than on previous visits. The place is beginning to look in need of updating.

They have a very attentive staff. They were very polite and concerned with the comfort of my stay.

They were attentive to my potential needs. They asked what they may do for me on a daily basis.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Instead of having a typical hotel lobby check in desk, with the employees standing, they have their reservation clerk in a separate office, where you sit down while they complete your check-in.
