The walls were so thin that the TV next door could be heard over ours. We could hear all the people there talking. The staff was unfriendly and never at the front desk. Our ceiling leaked from the room above us and after calling the front desk, no one ever came to our room.

The hotel is in poor shape. I contacted the corporate office and was basically told, 'so what'. I will never stay at a 'quality inn' branded hotel, anywhere.
