Price and location.Room was not kept up very well. Weekday staff was not very accommodating to the complaint. A decent choice for a 2 star hotel. But try the other location across the lawn that is a Sleep Inn.

It is an above average hotel with a family atmosphere. The stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The only complaint was housekeeping.
The staff at the front desk and those who worked in the pantry area made you feel as if you were at home. The staff was willing to go out of the way to accommodate you. The same individuals were professional when it was necessary and friendly with a homey type expression.

The pantry person on their staff was diligent, professional, caring, and went out of her way to make our stay a wonderful experience. I only wish I could find such a dedicated employee. She could even please an extremely grumpy guest. They also have a fine front desk clerk who was extremely thoughtful and considerate. He was most accommodating and tended to any personal complaints by passing the message along to his management. He had a very bright and warm personality. The housekeeping is where the hotel really needs to work on. The cleanliness of the room was below standards. When I addressed the problem it was not solved.

The hotel has very nice facilities in a very nice, quiet location. It has a great staff, who are very friendly and helpful. The room was okay; clean, practical, but just a little small (particularly around the bed/closet area). I would definitely stay there again.
The people at the front office were always very outgoing and nice. Other staff always greeted you whenever you passed them in the hotel.
