61 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The room was just not clean. You could tell they never swept or vacuumed.

I am somewhat likely to return to the MainStay Suites Kannapolis.
I might recommend it to friends.

35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The room was very dirty. The maid did not speak any English so communicating was rather difficult. Our key never worked. Every night we would go up to our room carrying food or purchases only to find our key had deactivated itself and we had have to walk all the way back to the front desk.

I am not likely to return to the MainStay Suites Kannapolis.
I would not recommend it to friends.
