MainStay Suites Dubuque

We loved the comforts of home! The kitchens made it nice that we didn't have to eat out all the time. No pool but had discounted access to an indoor water park. Free continental Breakfast. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I have read other reviews and not sure if they stayed at the same place or not.

booked for 3 days stayed for 2 days. staff didn't know its own rules of operation but expected you to know them. when they messed up arrogant manager lisa lynch called this guest a liar and could have cared less about customer satisfaction. i was charged for 3 nights but only stayed for 2 but was glad to leave early even if it meant driving all night.

It was a really nice hotel. We happened to get in there as where we wanted to stay was booked for that weekend. We were very pleased with everything about it.

I like the fact it is a suite with a separate bedroom. Its location is very convenient and I would recommend it to others.
