Very nice suite at a good price. Comfortable living room area with good TV. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Clean, no smoke smell, no mold or mildew, etc. Very good location for Roanoke airport, northern half of Roanoke, or Salem (I was going to Hollins University in Salem, which was a close drive from the hotel).
No negatives. Excellent facility and hospitality. I enjoyed the layout of the suites and the amenities available in them. My wife and I look forward to each visit. My preferred place to stay when in Roanoke.
Everything about this place was excellent especially the reservation made by phone to the front desk. The attendant was extremely nice and accomodating and she was on duty when we checked in and remembered our phone conversation. Great deluxe...

Excellent
The room was very clean. The bed was great, very comfortable!! We enjoyed everything about the room, but wished they had coffee mugs. We had to drink out of very small cups.
The service, cleanliness, location (across the street from an airport) were terrible. The walls are so thin you can hear others using the facilities in their bathrooms.
