OK motel near the 880 freeway exit and the major north-south Hesperian Boulevard. My room had full-size fridge, sink, and microwave. All in working order. The living/sleeping area was spacious enough for 1 or 2. Downstairs, in the lobby, you have access to a free computer as well as a free continental style breakfast. If you drive a few minutes, there are lots of restaurants and other shops around. There's a huge strip mall with movies, Starbucks, Borders, and Wal Mart south on Hesperian about 3 miles. And this motel is only about a ten minute drive from the Oakland Airport. A BART rail station is about a 5 minute drive east near the downtown area. So you don't have to drive into the city or Berkeley; just catch the train. I did, however, experience a little trouble parking when I returned late one night because there is an entertainment club next door where the patrons use one side of the motel's parking lot. And because of the location by the corner of the intersection, the street sounds can get noisy at night.

One of the best stay i had ever had in hotel. This is very quite and rooms are big and clean. Though i stay only for one night. It has kitchenette which is very helpful if you stay for a longer period of time. With affordable rates..

I enjoyed my four day stay here. It had a more personal feel to it not overly large like some. The suite had an unexpected bonus for me.. A fridge , microwave stove w/ kitchen ware and a dishwasher what more can you ask for !

This place was our family's HOME AWAY FROM HOME. It is rare to find a 3-star motel/hotel that has rooms with a sofabed & a kitchen - perfect for my family that includes 2 adults & 2 toddlers. We really wanted the refrigerator and...

Nice clean hotel, good location.Nothing. Nice location close to shopping and food. Not a bad hotel for the price. We were there for a week. Would stay there again.

The suite is like a furnished studio apartment with full size refrig, half size stove and all the kitchen ware like dishes, bowl, forks, spoon ...etc. The sofa is a sofa bed and the bed is extremely comfortable.
If you don't need fancy lobby but just a convenient place to stay for weeks, this seems to be a great choice. There are many fortune 500 companies around and many business relocation people use this hotel.
