If you could think of everything wrong with a hotel that you could possibly think of, now multiply that by 10. That is what you will receive from this hotel, poor service, poor rooms, and poor customer service. It was the worst.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. We had two rooms with 3 people in each room - the price for the rooms, which included the breakfast, was one of the biggest travel bargains we've enjoyed.

The only thing I disliked was its location. It was pretty far out and there was nothing close: a restaurant or entertainment. The hotel itself was very nice and I was well taken care of.

The location was convenient for what we had in mind. The bathroom was dirty and the microwave oven in the room was broken. They did not honor my serial numbered gift certificate, even though all important information was provided to them at the time the reservation was made. The do-it-yourself breakfast was not impressive for the price for the room.
