The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is delightful and very helpful, the rooms are great, the roof top pool is breath taking (the hot tub could be warmer though), and the happy hour is a nice touch. The only downside to the hotel is the...
When our family went there we asked a guy for parking it cost $24.00 but we discoverd right across the street parking only cost $6.00.We also went to eat breakfast and once we got back to our room the maid left THE DOOR OPEN! Everthing else was okay.

Okay
Basically a Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn at a boutique price, great location if your in town to see the Astros play as we were. If you are a remote Astros fan coming to town for a weekend series be warned that a lot of visiting fans stay here ...
I guess the experience was okay but nothing that I would pay top dollar for. Our first impression as we walked in? "Eh. Looks ok." The room was good. Granite countertops in the bathroom and entryway were the only thing that...

Excellent
What a romantic get away! We were so taken care of and the King room was a gem. The bathroom was just wonderful--the marble fixtures and the over-sized tub made time in the room very special. I am looking forward to another stay and have more fun...
I was unsure about staying at the Magnolia since I was unfamiliar with it, but I wanted a hotel near Minute Maid Park. After I read all the good reviews on this site, I decided to go for it. I usually stay at Omni Hotels, and the Magnolia was just ...
29 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I was in town for a girlfriends wedding and shared a room at the Magnolia with an old friend. On the 2nd day there we left for 2 hours to go to the wedding. We came back and our room had been cleaned and my roommates cell phone STOLEN from the room. The hotel staff was apologetic, but would NOTHING about it. They said they were not liable for things left in the room. It was a nightmare! You are better off staying in the crackhouse down the road.
My husband and I live in Houston but when we need a get away we stay at the Magnolia. it is wonderful. We always get the package that includes dinner at Sambuca's Restaurant that is in walking distance from the hotel. I absolutely love the...

It was a wonderful hotel. The facilities and staff were beyond my expectations. It is highly recommended, and I would return for additional stays with no reservations.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Magnolia Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
