My wife and I stayed here and were happy with what we payed for this hotel's location. We did have a problem with the cleaning crew throwing away a souvenir that we had purchased. We were completely satisfied with what the manager did to right this wrong. He actually went above and beyond what we expected 10 fold! We did tell the front desk that what was done for us was too much but they did not give it a second thought. You could have a bad experience at ANY hotel...it's what they do to make it right that speaks the loudest!
The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is delightful and very helpful, the rooms are great, the roof top pool is breath taking (the hot tub could be warmer though), and the happy hour is a nice touch. The only downside to the hotel is the...

Okay
Basically a Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn at a boutique price, great location if your in town to see the Astros play as we were. If you are a remote Astros fan coming to town for a weekend series be warned that a lot of visiting fans stay here ...
I guess the experience was okay but nothing that I would pay top dollar for. Our first impression as we walked in? "Eh. Looks ok." The room was good. Granite countertops in the bathroom and entryway were the only thing that...
