Good
I reserved a standard room and it was very small and oddly shaped, however, the hotel location was excellent and the staff very accommodating. $20+ for overnight parking seems high.
Only great thing about this hotel was the location and the fact that many celebritys come in and out of there. Staff is semi-friendly. Large turn over rate, my last day with them I had what I thought was going to be a privlage of staying there,...

Don't judge this hotel by it's website! The rooms were mediocre at best; uncomfortable beds, poor lighting, and rusty water flowed through the faucets! The service was friendly, but snail like. The hallways were dirty and poorly lit, left me feeling unsafe and unsatisfied. But I think the ultimate disappointment was that this conference hotel didn't have an internet connection the entire 3 days I was there for work?!
Definintely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
We stayed at this hotel, Sunday night after the Cowboys game. The room size was great and we even had a great view of the city. The guys working the valet parking were great. It's a great hotel. we will stay at this hotel on are next visit to ...

If you like your money and time compromised then this is the place to go.
Upon making reservations nothing was said about the "extra" charges. After speaking to 3 different people to get directions to the hotel we finally made it there only to realize there is no parking. Parking is valet only and a charge of $20.00 each time is added to your fee. There is no eating establishments open after 3pm in the immediate area so you are forced to eat at their hotel or order room service. We chose room service, after signing the credit card ticket for one price I later find there was a different (larger charge of course) placed against my account. The food was not spectacular, or even worth mentioning.
The fact that I agreed to pay the rate of $130.00 + taxes upon making reservations meant nothing, in the end I was charged $250.00. I did not drink the $5.00 bottled water, use the $3.00 starch or break anything. Apparently this is just "policy" and if I wish to be refunded for the unused portion of my charge I have to call back "tomorrow" for the last 3 days to speak to the front manager... I personally don't have the time to track down what should not have been charged in the first place. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they have nothing to do with their time or money.
