43 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for business

This place is not for people that require a bathroom in their own room. The Madison Hotel is actually a low cost of living hotel for the very poor. One room 10' by 6' costs 280+ a month.

Surprisingly, the Madison Hotel on Wall St and 7th Ave is actually a security building and sage for its residents. The front desk is staffed at all times. The residents feel safe enough to prop open their doors during the day. The adjacent business is a bar.

On the nearest corner is a tent city for the very poor with food distribution centers.

I am not likely to return to the Madison Hotel Los Angeles.
I would not recommend it to friends.
