The only complaints I have about the hotel is that there was a slight smell, like an old person's house. Also, when we arrived, the receptionist had us in a double room instead of a king like we had reserved on Travel agency. She couldn't change it...

We have stayed here many times. This time was awful! Room was never made. Got another room same way. Finally the 3rd dirty but made. Sheets were not laundered. Requested clean ones. Pool had paper cups, dirty clobs of hair floating about. ...
