The hotel has a very friendly staff and a excellent location. I would recommend it to friends and family.

The room was nice. Most of the staff was helpful. Not all of the front desk employees were knowledgeable. We had a situation regarding the reservation and the manager had to be called to solve it. The room was billed incorrectly for several different items and to the wrong person.

The MGM hotel is a first class resort. The restaurants and the entertainment were great. We enjoyed the pools during the day. My only disappointment was that the river pool was only open on the weekends, I would like to have it open every day during my stay.

I highly recommend it for a non traditional hotel experience. I could not use Players Club points for complimentary items.

I loved our stay at the MGM Grand hotel. It is a huge hotel with many things to do.

I felt like I was staying in a palace.

Been there, done that, but I will never do that again! I will never return to the MGM, their food prices were too high, the beds were terrible, it was like sleeping on a rock. All the rooms needed upgrading big time, it was depressing to stay in a room. Their work staff in the morning was inconsiderate of the sleeping guests, who had been up all night, there was laughter and noise in the hall, and it was not tolerable. I was expecting more, much more, I ate better at the Venetian for less.

The location was terrific, the hotel was very sumptuous and a beautiful pool area.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: It is a beautiful first class hotel.

It was lovely, very clean and our suite was well appointed and it fit our family perfectly. We ate at a few of the restaurants attached to the hotel but our favorite was Sea Blue. The pool at the Signature was nice, but we spent more time at the MGM pool because of the inner tubes and the river action. We would definitely go back!

This hotel made me feel respected: We were traveling with our toddler and the hotel employees went out of their way to assist us. The staff worked with us for two days to find a location that provided everything we wished for in order to accommodate a large dinner party. The result was a very memorable family birthday dinner enjoyed by all.

I liked the beautiful room and hotel. The pool was awful. It was a Saturday and it was overcrowded and the water was very dirty.

The MGM hotel is always a good stay. It has a good location and a nice pool. They also have a good poker room.

Overall it was a good experience with the hotel and its location but we were disappointed with how difficult it was to get from the rooms to the pool and other sections of the hotel. It was always a long way around to get somewhere in the hotel. The staff was helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was often a short wait for desk service.

The hotel was very nice and it had a fair view of the Strip. The pools were good except we were upset with all the drinking in the lazy river. Groups would block the way and most were drunk and would even throw cigarettes in the water. This will make us look at other hotels this year.

It was a great facility, clean, with plenty of entertainment, the variety of restaurant choices were great and the pools were very nice. You really did not need to leave the premises as they had almost everything.

By far, the MGM hotel has been my hotel of choice when staying in Las Vegas. Unfortunately we had to change rooms three times before there was one that was clean and up to the usual standards of the MGM Grand hotel. Fortunately in the end, the staff corrected the problem and upgraded our room. The amenities and the casino are the best in Las Vegas.

Like most people here, it seems we had check-in issues. Our room had been given away but they did upgrade us to a suite for the night. We had originally booked a west wing room after reviewing it online. What they fail to tell you is there is no bathroom privacy in the west wing rooms. I have had better rooms at a Comfort Inn. There are no full doors for the shower or toilet. The sink was very, very small and awkwardly placed. The furniture in the room was very ugly. For the price we paid I expected more.

On the upside, the spa was very nice and casino had a good selection. The monorail was conveniently located to the MGM that can transport you all over the strip. We found ourselves spending all our time in the Bellagio and the Venetian. We came to find out that you can get suites in these two hotels for what we paid to get a low class room at the MGM. It's doubtful we will return to the MGM.

The beds were not comfortable.

The rooms are huge and quiet. The hotel is a great value for the price.
