I was a victim of their over sold policy, after paying for and reserving the room 36 days in advance. I explained that this was our 28th wedding anniversary and our son's 21st birthday. They didn't even say they were sorry, the registration staff was very rude.

They sent me packing to the Stratosphere with twenty dollars for cab fare. No compensation offer. I will never step foot in this hotel again, and I don't recommend that you do, either.

This is an excellent destination hotel for the price range. I recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas for any occasion. The MGM Grand has everything you may need to complete your vacation or business experience.

It was wonderful. I felt very spoiled and well taken care of.

Booking was a good value, easy and accurate. MGM Grand has a great location on Las Vegas Boulevard. I received an upgrade in the room from the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: We were upgraded to a tower suite. Although there was more waking to get back to the casino, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was in the new section but had an overflowing toilet from the floor above, pouring into my bathroom. The staff gave us a hard time about moving us to a dry room. We were very dissatisfied with the staff's unwillingness to correct this problem.

It was a great trip and a perfect location.

Located near the end of the strip, the hotel still had its share of the action. The rooms and amenities were just great. The service was wonderful as well. Everyone made sure everything was ready on time and we even got to check in early. Don't let this classic get away.

Within 10 minutes of checking into our room, the toilet overflowed, and the hotel staff took over 30 minutes to fix the problem. The entire carpet was soaked. The staff did redeem themselves by comping all of our meals during the length of the stay (after much complaining). Once we got settled into a normal room, we were able to enjoy ourselves. We appreciated the lions on exhibition, and the food was above average. Not sure if I would stay here again, however.

You could walk for miles inside the hotel grounds and get some good exercise. I was there for a conference and I would have gotten to the conference room faster if I took a cab from another hotel rather than walking.

But the rooms are good but I found myself venturing outside of the hotel more rather than be entertained there - seems like this place was built for holding conferences.

Ok, so maybe it's not right in the middle of the strip, but it's very close to where all the action is. My wife and I usually stay at the MGM, because, even though it's Vegas, where customer service is great to begin with, MGM staff members go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and cater to their every need.

The rooms are great; we've never had a hard bed, a refrigerator that didn't work, an unclean room, etc.

There are two things you can count on at MGM Grand in Las Vegas: Great service and great rooms that won't break your bank!

The location was excellent. They have a great pool area with cabanas that you can rent. They have a lazy river that you can float on. It is beautiful and well kept. They have excellent poolside service.

I found the hotel to be a very pleasant place to stay. It was a Mother's Day get-away and the people I was with found the stay quite enjoyable. The valet service was great and the restaurant was fantastic.

I got a great deal on the room and food credit. It's an easy location to get to and is centrally located to other activities.

I didn't have any dislikes about the hotel. Everything was lovely, the service was excellent, and the staff was very polite. My advice to others who plan on staying there is to have fun.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The hotel made me feel classy because a lot of entertainer's stay there. Also movie stars are very visible. That makes you feel very important.

Being in Las Vegas everything, the layout, the staff, and the amenities were designed to take, or make you spend, more money.

Although it is huge, it is quick and easy to get to the rooms. I suggest you ask for a high room with a western view facing the New York New York Casino and the sunset. It is so close to the airport that it is best just to take a cab instead of a shuttle. On the other hand, it is on the wrong end of the Strip if you need to be at the Convention Center. Some of the best restaurants are at the MGM including Joel Robuchon. It is at one end of the Monorail which can be convenient. I liked the clean modern look of my room and the bed was really comfortable. They have non-smoking floors but people still seem to smoke in the hallways which bugged a lot of people on my floor. It is the best lit hotel room and bathroom I have ever stayed in. The casino is one of the least smoky I went in. You can check in at a satellite desk in the airport at baggage claim. This process definitely saved me time. The signage is good and the staff is really nice.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The clerk gave me one of the best views possible. This brought me constant pleasure. The furniture was really nice and the lighting was great. The staff was incredibly nice, especially housekeeping.

I liked the pool!

They had an amazing pool area. I loved the adult only area and the lazy river. The bar attendant was great.

I always stay there. The hotel is always consistent with the service.
