This is a wonderful hotel with great service. The only dislike was that the bed and the pillows were way too soft.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The very friendly check in staff made me feel welcome.

We made reservations two months in advance through a vacation package. We arrived at the MGM and was given two different excuses by the desk clerk and manager. Needless to say, I was told that I did not have a room and was told that I must go to one of their sister hotels. I suspect that they wanted to resale my reservation to another client for a larger fee. Never, never again, and I plan to tell everyone I know!

I always enjoy my stay at the MGM Grand hotel.

This hotel made me feel elegant: There was always something going on, people, sounds and lights, it was Las Vegas.

It was a great hotel, in a good location and absolutely gigantic. My only criticism was that it catered to mostly younger party people, so it is not the ideal hotel for a mellower stay.

This hotel made me feel secure: The hotel definitely feels safe and I felt secure in the sense that by staying there I was not missing out on any of the good things Las Vegas had to offer.

I will always stay at the MGM Grand hotel. Everything was great from the shuttle at the airport to the food to the gaming floor.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They went and bought me cigarettes when I ran out at the Black Jack tables.

I like it and I love it!

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The atmosphere as you walk into the lobby alone is very welcoming and sophistication is there. It makes you feel like a celebrity.

I thought it was a great place to stay. It was clean, neat and with friendly people.

The pool is located too far from the rooms.

The hotel was quite clean. The room was hard to find. I did not like the casino payout in vouchers, I like hearing coins drop when I win.

The hotel has the best pools and it has everything under one roof. You do not have to go anywhere else if you do not want to, like to another hotel or casino on the Strip.

On arrival, the bed and the bathroom were filthy. I had to phone the front desk twice to get someone to clean it.

It was a pleasant experience. I was impressed with the number and the quality of the restaurants on site. The hotel was very well maintained.

I really liked the fact the air seemed clean unlike some of the other casinos. I was not happy that the water was turned off the last night we were there until well after we left the next day.

It's a great hotel and location, but when we got to our room there was a huge wet spot on the carpet by the desk. Since we didn't use the desk we didn't make a big deal. On our last night the guests next door were so rowdy, screaming and laughing around three a.m., they sounded very drunk. Needless to say we didn't get a restful sleep that last night. The staff was knowledgeable about events going on the days we were there. The hotel was beautiful overall.

This hotel made me feel excited: The whole environment was so Las Vegas, it was awesome.

Everything was great, accommodations, restaurants, and atmosphere.

It is a higher end hotel. It is very hard to navigate around, the place is huge. I got lost a lot. It is more for younger people in their twenties or thirties. It has great gambling, the people were very helpful and friendly.

The front desk was very efficient. Room service was speedy and very friendly. The reservation was completed quickly and I had great confidence that they understood my special requests.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: There was not a sense of urgency from the bellhop nor room service. The front desk was helpful when we had a few questions.

It's very nice, a typical Strip resort.

It's a great location. It's a good place to start a walk down the Strip. I had two dinners at Wolfgang Pucks, which was excellent, and affordable. I loved KA, Cirque Du Soliel show. I loved the casino. I'm new at gambling and I loved playing craps!

The check-in was very disorganized. The front desk staff and even the manager were very unfriendly.
