It was a nice experience.

It is a very large hotel. It took a long time to get to and from the rooms and restaurants.

The rooms do not include a refrigerator or an in-room safe, which is disappointing. There was no hot water in our shower, and to shorten the story - it took hours to get hot water (each morning) and there was no relief offered by the hotel. We requested a different room or an adjustment to the rate. Staff told us that while they acknowledged the problem, and wanted to offer relief, they could not because (1) we paid in advance, and (2) their website is actually a 3rd party. They offered to comp us on food, but it applies only to their food (the restaurants in the hotel are not included). The hotel staff was ridiculous and not guest-oriented in my opinion.

We also booked a limo for travel to and from the airport. $130 + tips is not advised for the short ride (about 1 mile, 5 minutes). Not enough time to enjoy the limo, plus you need to search out their drivers. Save yourself some cash and get a taxi.

On the plus side, we love the casino and the restaurants. We highly recommend Craftsteak, which was definitely 5 star: great food, service, atmosphere.

We will revisit the MGM, but we will not stay in their hotel.

There were a series of catastrophes with my in laws room. They were still cleaning the room when we checked in. There was no refrigerator in the room as requested for insulin. A scooter reservation was not noted and I had to wait for it to charge. At four o'clock in the morning phone call was made to come down and bring the credit card for the scooter reservation when it was offered at scooter pickup. The TV stopped working and after it was repaired the adult stations were not blocked. Threats were made by the desk to have guests evicted if the credit card was not brought down even though everything was prepaid. The upper management apologized for this but they could make no amends since the four night stay was already prepaid. The upper management said you can have a free breakfast on us but then the restaurant would not allow it, it was endless!

The rooms are very clean and the staff is helpful.

I loved the MGM Grand hotel. I have nothing negative to say at all, everything was wonderful.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The way people looked at you made you feel sophisticated.

The room smelt smoky. The guest service did not hesitate to give us another room.

This hotel is not too large. They have great food.

The signature suits were great. The hotel was quiet, being a long walk to the Strip.

This hotel made me feel secure: The signature suite had separate security. Only guests could get to the facility.

Let's see, where do I start. The safe in my sister's room had broken with her property in it. It took security 1 hour to arrive to fix it. Several room service trays were left in hallway for 24 hrs. We were told in order to reserve a cabana at the pool that we had to call 1 week in advance. I called when the pool opened and said I was 10th on the list. On the day of the reservation they showed me a cabana with 4 chairs and nothing else for 225. Of course I refused. Besides the pool server (excellent service in 95 degree weather) and casino dealers I was very disappointed. If you're not a big corporate account or high stakes gambler you're just another number.

The MGM hotel is in a great location and it has all the amenities that you could want in a hotel. The staff is pleasant, they have a lot of entertainment at your fingertips, they are reasonably priced and I would absolutely stay there again.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Because the MGM hotel in Las Vegas is also a casino, there is always plenty to do. I very much enjoyed seeing the white tigers, there were plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from and the pools were outstanding when I just wanted to read and relax.

The hotel had an excellent atmosphere with a friendly staff and a convenient location. It had everything you could possibly want in a Las Vegas hotel.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I was amazed at how plush the mattresses were. It was the best sleep I had in months!

I love the MGM Grand hotel. However it is the only place I have stayed in my three trips to Las Vegas. I have nothing bad to say about it. It has been a blast all three times.

I like the location that it is very quiet considering where it is.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: It is a lush place and they do not let it get run down. The people are very professional.

The pool area is huge. There are lots of different types of restaurants.

After our arrival we were given two rooms that were dirty and had none of the features we upgraded to. We were then switched to a suite and after that we received nothing but perfect service. The pool was incredible.

It was a beautiful hotel with very nice rooms. The food was too expensive.

It was great. The location was awesome and the pools were amazing. My advice is to try and visit all that they have to offer, it is worth it.

Take advantage of pre-check in services in the airport and hotel Dollar car rental services at the hotel.

You would be very surprised that a hotel this size still can crank out great service and quality food. My stay was between 5/10-5/14 in a standard room that was ajoined with another couple. Although, my friends room had a night table that's has seen better days and remote control that was dirty and dust on the ceiling, after letting the front desk know, they had a house keeping manager inspected both of our rooms and cleaned them without interuption on our first night stay.

This hotel has over 4000 rooms, and the lobby is always busy, but you can always find a gaming table or machine.

The Grand Buffet is well worth the money. Please make sure you tip the wait staff.

Self parking and valet are both free. Again, they don't make you feel like they expect a tip but are pleased when they are tipped.

Overall, they have my business locked in. MGM Grand is part of a chain of casinos so if this place does not fit your budget, try the Luxor. Good for the money, but just ok on service.

MGM Grand as exceptionally good service and great quality control for the most part.

We actually stayed at the MGM'S Signature Suites which are mini condos. They are very nice and they have good prices. It is a good location, quiet, comfortable and it has great service.
