This hotel made me feel content: Very nice hotel with friendly staff, casual yet upscale atmosphere, temperature indoors was very cool, room service and housekeeping were excellent. Had no worries what-so-ever.

Worst bed/mattress I have ever experienced. They need to spend some of their profits for a more comfortable bed.

This was my 4th time staying at the MGM so I knew what to expect.

I responded to an e-mail offering several amenities including an upgrade to a suite, plus a credit for dining in the hotel. When we arrived, one of the extras were credited to our room account.

I liked the clubs inside and the room decor.

This hotel made me feel hip: Very nice hotel for the money.

This hotel made me feel important: The surroundings were lovely and I felt very good to be able to stay there.

The hot water did not work and had to call maintenance to fix it.

Besides its gigantic site that made us feel like we were walking great distances all the time, we had a great time.

This included 3 other friends and we all were very happy with our choices. The entertainment was superb.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Helping with sending a package from the hotel. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was in a relaxed environment and had a lot of things to do.

Rooms were too far from everything, (i.e., food court, concert arena and gaming tables).

MGM Las Vegas is simply awesome... You really don't have to leave the hotel ever. It's all there in one giant building.

Internet reservation was not confirmed at desk side when checking in. Had a slight hassle for hotel to honor the internet confirmation reservation. Also, hotel has a very confusing floor plan layout because it's so large!

Felt the check-in clerk should of been more forthcoming about a package deal the MGM Grand was having at the time we checked in.

Food is too expensive and winning on their slot machines was not possible.

Very nice hotel with excellent accommodations and activities... Loved the Cher show!

This hotel made me feel important: They were always on hand with services and answered questions with knowledge.

They rightfully earned the money I was willing to pay and they have a merit system.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Band that played in front casino was great - and it was free!
