This was a great stay and a great location.

This hotel made me feel important: Everyone was friendly and everything I asked for was done in an efficient and timely manner.

The room design was different but cozy. We needed a toothbrush and someone came in a timely manner to deliver it.

This hotel made me feel secure: Our room was in a wing separate from the casino, so it was far enough away from the visiting foot traffic.

The pools were too far from the hotel and you had to walk through most of the hotel in your swimsuit.

This hotel made me feel respected: They make you feel special from the moment that you check in. They are very helpful when you call. They are able to get things done.

The location is great and the amenities offered within the hotel are sufficient to most needs. I would prefer more non smoking areas.

The air conditioning unit would not get very cold. It was a great casino.

It was a beautiful hotel and the pool area was wonderful. The spa and spa staff were exceptional. The drinks were expensive and there did not seem to be many servers in the casino area.

There were lots to do and see. It had a good casino. I loved the lions. The hotel was very convenient.

This hotel made me feel entertained: It had many restaurants and the Cirque de Soleil show Ka. It was entertaining just watching people coming and going.

I liked the choice of restaurants, the number of gaming tables and machines. But they need more twenty four hour food options.

It was exactly as I expected. The casino is huge, so huge that you need to walk too far to get certain places. I do not want to stay there again. It is too big. The location is great and so are the amenities.

I stayed in MGM Signature suites. It was a great mid week value. However the walk to the casino is very long.

While the hotel was in an ideal location for our visit to Las Vegas, we had problems during our arrival and initial check in. There was a delay in our room being ready. As a result, we were not able to check in and move our belongings into our room until eight hours after our arrival. No attempts were made by the hotel to remedy the situation.

It was a very nice hotel that included everything I could want for my stay. I never had to leave except to go sightseeing.

We actually stayed in MGM Grand luxury residences. The quality, the comfort and the price were exceptional values. The hotel staff was friendly and they went out of their way to print our return boarding passes. The room was perfectly appointed and it had the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on.

The bed was awesome, as well as the sheets and the covers. They were very fluffy and comfortable. Everyone was very helpful with directions.
