The hotel was great! The hotel staff was always courteous and friendly whenever you passed by them in the hallway. The pool area was confusing to navigate. There needed to be more signs to point you in the right direction.

This hotel made me feel important: The housecleaning staff said good morning as we walked down the halls. They always asked if we needed anything.

I was a victim of their over sold policy, after paying for and reserving the room 36 days in advance. I explained that this was our 28th wedding anniversary and our son’s 21st birthday. They didn't even say they were sorry, the registration staff was very rude.

They sent me packing to the Stratosphere with twenty dollars for cab fare. No compensation offer. I will never step foot in this hotel again, and I don't recommend that you do, either.

I enjoyed my stay immensely at the hotel. I will go back to the same hotel again.

I stayed in the West Wing and I thought there should have been a much more direct route to my room. I was disappointed that you could only get a margarita on the rocks when on the Casino floor. I prefer them frozen.

I stayed in the new remodeled wing. It was very far from the front desk and the room was very small. There was not much lighting in the room and the bulbs burnt out. We had a very heavy blind on our window that had to stay closed all the way from dusk until dawn due to the green MGM light coming in. Next time we want to stay in a different part of the MGM

I booked a non-smoking room and the room smelt like an ashtray.

I love MGM Grand. It is well located on the Las Vegas Strip. The personnel are always friendly, courteous and helpful. The suites are wonderfully comfortable and the restaurants are fabulous!
