The hotel has good parking and it is clean all over. The restaurant is good. It needs more sign to get around, the gift shop prices are too high and they need better signs to the monitor rail.

The MGM Grand hotel is located on the southern end of the Strip and it is convenient to several other casino resort hotels. The trek from the room to the casino and other hotel amenities is a bit long and I would not recommend this hotel to people who have problems getting around. This hotel is so large that it is like a mini city with plenty of attractions. I particularly enjoyed the massage facilities as well as the pool, although both were located quite far from the elevator lobbies to the rooms. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel.

It is a very nice hotel, in a good location. I stayed in the West Wing which seemed too far from rest of hotel and a long walk to anything else. The room was great and very comfortable.
This hotel made me feel elegant: The decor and the way the hotel is laid out made me feel elegant.

I loved the decor very movie specific, a reminiscent of its past. It is a decent hotel that would be less expensive elsewhere.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Everyone was extremely friendly and cordial. When asked questions about anything, the staff never acted like it was an imposition or that they would rather be doing anything besides talking to you. They also went out of their way to do something for me.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was very comfortable. My only comment is that the restaurants were all too far a walk for me. I would suggest that if a guest cannot walk, they request a room closer to the elevators.

I liked the view and the location of the hotel. I liked the quiet atmosphere and the friendly staff.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: The pool amenities were nice. The hot tub was very hot and it had a great view of the hotel. The rooms were quiet, I could not hear the neighbors. The extended check out time worked for our convenience.

This is the only hotel I would stay at in Las Vegas. Everyone treats you with aspect. I will continue to go there.
This hotel made me feel welcome: We had requested a non smoking room, which was not available. They upgraded us to a suite at no additional cost to us for the entire stay.

The room service was terrible, I had to wait over two hours for coffee and over an hour for extra pillows.

The MGM hotel is centrally located and easy to pull up and leave your car behind for your vacation. Getting to your room is not quite as easy with such a huge spread, but once there the rooms are well appointed and the staff is efficient. The restaurants are good but pricey.

They are very security oriented and they have good food. If I liked Las Vegas, I would stay at this hotel again.
