32 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We had a confirmed reservation (with a credit card) at this hotel. When we arrived, they said they did not have the room available. The lady agreed that we had a confirmed reservation, but said that they had some people extend their stays and they couldn't kick them out and that we were out of luck. The staff was very unfriendly and was not apologetic for their mistake. I will never stay at this hotel or any other hotels this company owns. Beware that a confirmed reservation is not really confirmed!

61 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was convenient to both the interstate and the location where I was conducting my activities while in Odessa. It was nice, but it was nothing extraordinary. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone asking about a hotel in Odessa.
