one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in food terrible front desk people rude nice hotel but poorly manged no service rooms nice bar run by kids service restaurant terrible breakfasdt buffet a joke

Entire place has been redone. Love the new Starbucks outlet and spa.

Rooms nicely furnished and great thick mattresses. Good security.

Our usual hotel was booked so we decided to stay here. The reviews were good & we knew it had recently been remodeled. This is where we will stay in the future. The hotel & room were clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was nice. There was a small charge for local calls. There is a bar & restaurant on the premises.

The room was very comfortable. It was clean with nice bedding. The room service could be faster but it was good.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Everything was very nice and the people were very helpful.

I am very likely to return to the MCM Elegante Hotel and Conference Center Beaumont.
I might recommend it to friends.
