Almost totally SPECTACULAR, if it wasn't for the closing of tower 3's pool early each day? What's up with that. Wonderful room service staff for the most part. Maids were friendly. Beds are comfy, room is beautiful with a full kitchen and top notch appliances, not that we used them. Fitness facilty was top notch as well. High end equipment.

We stayed at the Signature at MGM in Las Vegas and let me tell you that place was spectacular. I was so empressed by everything from the room service to the bell hop to overall service. We got a daily newpaper on our door step and 2 bottles of water. We had 6 differant pools to swim in and it wasnt croweded. It was a beautiful place to relax and spend time with family or even romatically. I was in heaven for a week. I would reccomend this place to everyone that wants a place to watch the sights of Vegas at night and have a beautiful sunrise in the morning. My only complaint about this place was the price was a little steep but it was well worth it. I would stay there every time.

Staying at the Signature at MGM was great! We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the excellent views, great room service (served in less than 25 minutes) and private pool. also, getting a taxi was easy and quick, much better than at the mega resorts where there are long lines. The service is the best I've ever experienced at any hotel and the accommodations are first-class. They provide personal service (even to us - non-high rollers) that you usually don't get at other Vegas hotels. Signature is also close to the MGM spa, high-end restaurants and casino. Next time in Vegas we will book again at Signature...

Excellent
Went to Vegas for friends birthday. Booked the one bedroom suite. During reservations I mentioned it was my friends 40th birthday and when we arrived we were given a strip facing penthouse level...

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and treated us very well. We had a room on the 33rd floor with a view of the strip. The room was nicely decorated and room service was the best I've ever had! After the first night, they came in to clean and had folded all my clothes I had thrown around the bed, rearranged my toiletries that I had all over the bathroom counter, and even straightened up and pushed the toothpaste all the way up to the top! Everything was immaculate.
The sound of vegas was completely blocked out. The patio was beautiful and romantic to stand out on especially at night. The one thing I noticed was that the rails out on the patio were extremely low. It is NOT recommended for tall people who plan to get drunk.
We went to the main pool at the MGM and that was spectacular. It was pretty crowded but was a very relaxing experience. The crowd was nice and not obnoxious as they can be out on the strip. We didn't get a chance to try the less crowded pools offered by the Signature.

Loved: pool, MGM casino, Studio54
Hated: View (too far from strip); Time it took to walk to casino (minimum 15 minute walk at a fast pace while wearing flats/tennis shoes; Housekeeping service SEVERELY LACKING*
*The front desk staff allowed us to check-in early at 11:00am; however the room had not yet been cleaned. We were told that we could store our luggage in our room and that the cleaning would be completed by 3:00pm. When we returned at 4:00PM, the room was still a complete disaster from the prior guests. When I called to request that the room be cleaned, I was told that the guest prior to me/us did NOT pay the cleaning fee and that it would be at least 24 hrs before someone would be cleaning the room. UNBELIEVABLE! They wanted me to pay $35.00 to have the bed freshly made-up so that we could sleep that night!!! Of course, I was LIVID. After 5 phone calls, and 4 face-to-face talks w/people at the front desk, my room was finally cleaned at 6:00pm.
Everything went pretty smoothly from here on out (3-night stay) until I went to check-out and I was again asked to pay an additional $35.00 for the original cleaning. Luckily, the man at the front desk removed the fee without any futher complaint/concern.
However, based on the original problems I had with housekeeping/front desk personnel COMBINED with the "what I hated" reasons posted above, I would NEVER stay at the MGM Signature again.

loved everything! booked a jr.suite for 6 nights for a family of 4. at check in i asked for an upgrade. they offerd it to me for a price, i declined. we went to our room to find it not ready. i called downstairs to the desk and the manager came up quickly. she appologized and we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom corner penthouse suite on the top floor. the service was wonderful. the staff was very helpful with everything. this hotel is very, very clean and decorated over the top. the bathroom was huge! i could of stayed in it all day, private shower, oversive jet tub, vanity,tv,robes, plush towels, wonderful bath products and all in white! the use of the mgms pools was great, but it was so nice and private at the signatures pools. my teenagers lover the poolside service and the starbucks. (2 teenage girls and starbucks can be an eye opener at checkout!) we were treated great from the whole staff. the car service was so nice! no walking and a cold bottle of water for everyone when arriving or leaving. after staying at other places on the strip, this was totally awesome! i will stay not ever stay any place else after staying at the Signature. I can not think of one negative thing.

Liked: Beautiful room, great bed/bedding; wonderful amenities such as flat screen TV, Sub-Zero Fridge, Fully Equipped kitchenette (blender, toaster, microwave, dishes, wine glasses, corkscrew, etc); beautiful marble/granite bathroom w/huge jacuzzi tub; very spacious; separate sitting area w/full-sized sofa (sleeper sofa), chairs, table, balcony w/good views, etc. Best place to stay for non-smokers, non-gamblers who are more concerned with quiet, security and plush accommodation. They are serious as a heart attack about the non-smoking policy, and you will pay $$$ if you smoke in their rooms. Our room shared a little foyer with the room next door, which allowed us to close the outer double doors at night and hear virtually no corridor noise. Very nice and smart design feature - corridor noise can be a real hotel nightmare in a party town like Vegas.
Problem: serious gambler, handicapped sister had a really hard time with the distance from tower 1 (closest to MGM main hotel) to Poker Room - a 25 minute walk for someone who uses a cane. We actually started taking cabs back and forth to the MGM main entrance. Even though there is a moving sidewalk in a climate controlled corridor, that stops at the opposite end of the MGM where the spa is - really far from the action for a handicapped person.
Also, forget any gambling comps being applied to your room - not gonna happen. These units are privately owned, and the owners expect to receive their "revenue" we were told.
Who should stay here: people who actually hate Vegas, don't care about gambling, don't want to be near cigarette smoke and slot machines. It's perfect if you are in town for other things - convention, meeting, business and really are not looking for the Vegas experience. It's perfect. You will love it.
Upon early (10 am) check-in at the MGM Grand I was upgraded from my Grand Tower room to a Suite at the Signature. The hotel was kind enough to offer me a limo ride from the Grand to the Signature. I later had to retrieve my car from the self-park but I thoroughly enjoyed the door-to-door service.
The Signature Towers (I stayed in #2) feature luxurious suites in a condo style. They are fully outfitted with small kitchens and sparkling stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have small flat-screen panel televisions so you can soak in the jacuzzi tub and watch t.v. if your heart desires. The large shower had ample water pressure and June Jacobs spa amenities with a delicate Grapefruit scent.
My junior suite was on the lower floor with a view of the monorail that runs behind the Grand. Higher floors have spectacular views of Bally's and Paris hotels. The room was well insulated from any street noise and felt like a paragon of peace and tranquility in Vegas.
There is no on-site casino, but you're just a short stroll from MGM via moving walk-way. You also have access to MGM's pool complex in addition to the Signature's smaller more private pool areas. Room service was reasonably prompt and the creme brulee was astonishingly good. I appreciated having a fridge to store the left-overs.
There is no self-park at the Signature. Valet parking whisks your car away to an underground lot. I never waited more than a few seconds for my car and was often given a chilled bottle of water to take with me. I stayed mid-week and I'm sure on a weekend this service would be slower.
Unfortunately, there was a billing error made upon my check out. This necessitated me contacting the accounting office upon my return to Canada. Happily, MGM made it right and refunded double the amount of the error to me within a week. If it weren't for this inconvenient mistake this would be an almost flawless experience and I highly recommend this hotel as a retreat from the noise of the Strip.
