we had to wait in line for almost 45 minutes to check in. When we finally checked in, we got in to our room and it was still occupied. (by fortune nobody was in the room when we entered). It may be a silly mistake of them but could be a really bad surprise that can ruin your whole day. We receive an upgrade as compensation but not impressed with the hotel itself nor with the service. I think this hotel deserves a 3 star rating.

Didn't like housekeeping quality, a glass was on the hall floor when we atrrived and still there three days later, not good. alos soiled sheets should have been changed not just the bed made up. I worried for the next guest. Check in took forever.
Did like the covered parking, and access to Mandalay Bay, highly recommend their Rumjungle restaurant, best food I have had in years.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Luxor Hotel and Casino.
I might recommend it to friends.

Arrived quite late (midnight) only to find a massive line for check-in. Stood in the line for over 40mins because the hotel did not have enough personnel on the check-in desks. Online requested non-smoking room in the pyramid, ended up in a smoking room in the tower. Not impressed.

My room wasn't ready until 8pm. The rooms were not as plush as they should have been for the price. The towels were hard and there was no tub in my room just a shower. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and came on automaticlly with the lights and made it impossible to hear the TV, phone or anything else. Would not stay again.

The staff was on the ball , check in was smooth , bags arrived at the room only minutes after calling for them.
The rooms were somewhat outdated , wall paper peeling and light fixtures loose , that was okay but I had the feeling housekeeping did a drive by . I changed rooms and I was very happy with the room in the east tower maybe 2 year past remodel and in very good standards So I need to give a 50/50 rating I had to pay extra with the room change but concidering where I started well worth it , staff=great, tower room was great.

Check in was a little slow but the check in people were very nice and professional. We stayed in a Jr. suite and it was very clean and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The cleaning lady came by everyday and gave us fresh towels. The pool is great for kids since it's only 3.5 feet deep.

Great pool, excellent room, good service. On the down side -- like all Vegas hotels everything from food to beverage is overpriced. $7 for a Bud Light!!!!. $90 for steak!!!
There are bargains but not at the hotels.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Luxor Hotel and Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
