This hotel made me feel welcome: Everybody was very nice, it was easy to get a taxi right outside the door and checkout was made very easy.

Didn't get room that was reserved. Rip off.

Check-in clerks had the attitude that they were doing you a favor of letting you stay at the facility. Accommodations were not what had been reserved.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Lots of activities and sights.

This hotel made me feel elegant: Room appointment and amenities.

This hotel made me feel welcome: All employees that we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Frequent use of my name and seemed to remember who was whenever came to the counter.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The clerk was smiling, courteous and efficient.

You should get more for the amount they charge for a regular room.

The layout was too confusing. The service desk passed off complaints.

Food purchased within the hotel was very expensive and overpriced. Since the hotel rooms are expensive with no breaks in the cost to stay there, you would expect that food and beverages might be more reasonably priced. Considering that most guests gamble.

Everybody we deal with went out of their way to take care of our needs. However, probably would never gamble in their casino again - the slots are programmed far too much to favor the 'house'.

A great place to visit.. Get away from the realities of every day living.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The architecture of the structure.. A different world.. Dreams about things other than home environment.

It was ok - buffet was good - shows offered were good - seats were good - prices as expected.

Way too smoky - even my nonsmoking room was filled with smoke. The Bellagio has a better filtration system.

The water saving facilities in the room required multiple flushing to work, the exhaust fan was linked to the lights - which were faulty. The wait staff were exceptionally nice, helpful and friendly - but the front desk staff was not.

This hotel made me feel secure: You could not get on the elevators to the room floors unless you showed the guard on the ground floor your room key.

I was very surprised by the lack of quality at the Luxor. Many items in the rooms seemed to be broken, and thought this very odd for such a nice hotel.
