55 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The sheets were never changed, the floor was never vacumed, I had left the room and the maid was there, but the beds were not maid and nothing was wiped down, still had the same towels from the day before in the room. I am missing a very sentimental piece of jewelry that my 6 Children had given me.
