This hotel is great for the moderate price you pay. The hotel is going through some remodeling, which was needed, but it is still clean and comfortable. I loved the very large indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The WiFi internet was also a plus, since I was in town for business.

I loved the lobby, I had serious issues with the competency of a majority of the staff. Cannot use any sort of rca hook-ups on the televisions, even though I called multiple times before I made my journey across the country and they told me that I could use them. Internet frequently goes down. The night staff is not knowledgable at all, they will stare at you and not do anything. The hotel is basically lacking good management and updated asthetics. The rooms are nice but not very clean. I would probably choose another hotel next time. The breakfast service crew is very nice.

We really liked the price, the rooms, and the whole set-up. It was convenient to be by the loop and I-27. That made it easier to get around town.
Because of the highways, the hotel was hard to get back to. The paint in the shower in one of our rooms was peeling badly. And, the coffee pot didn't work.
