The hotel was dirty and old. In serious need of renovations. I rate it much lower than the star rating it has. The next week I stayed at the Embassey Suites just down the road and it was much better. I would steer away from this one.

It was a very nice place. The rooms were top notch, with great beds and bedding. I had minor trouble getting connected to the internet with their in room wired service. I was also annoyed that it cost ten dollars per day for internet when most places have free wireless connections these days. The pool was nice and very warm. They served a good Sunday brunch at the restaurant.
The staff was all very courteous. They greeted you every time they saw you and said goodbye each time you left.

This hotel is top notch. This is our eleventh year of staying at this particular hotel. The staff is very friendly and they remember you from year to year.
Every time that we can back to the hotel, the staff would greet us. When we would leave they would say have a nice day. The bellhops always offered to help us. They would tell us of good places to eat.

The hotel staff is well trained and we were greeted by name every day. We were given extra towels upon request. We were there for a funeral and the staff was respectful of our grief. This hotel is located near anything you may need for shopping or dining.
