This hotel made me feel important: They were very courteous and helpful. Also, they are in the process of getting wireless Internet and making their decor more contemporary which makes me feel, as a customer, that they care about me.

I am very likely to return to the Louisana Convention Center and Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
