Okay
43 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

We stayed for 3 nights, the beds were very comfortable and it was a fairly quiet location. The breakfast left something to be desired, very basic. We ate 1 breakfast there and then went in search of something more flavor full. The hotel is in need of upgrades ie: carpets, bathroom, wallpaper etc.To have the hotel name and number would have been helpful.General cleaning of the lobby was lacking, same dirt on the stairs for 3 days.Family that ran the hotel hung out in lobby in their pj`s...not professional

Disappointing stay – Posted Oct 02, 2007

Okay

Room was basic and comfortable. Reception staff were not welcoming or very helpful initially which was off-putting. No assistance to take heavy luggage upstairs to room left us with a negative first impression of our stay. This hotel is located in ...

It has a very noisy bar and restaurant. The breakfast wasn't up to expectations, it has been much better in the past.

I am very likely to return to the Lord Wakefield Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It is not convenient if you are traveling to Boston as the traffic can be bad. The room in this hotel was very dirty. I found dust, hair all over in my room and bathroom.

I am very likely to return to the Lord Wakefield Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

A very good suburban hotel away from all the city – Posted Feb 19, 2006

Okay

It would have been much enjoyable with a fridge in the room. There was ample parking, friendly front desk staff, music in the reataurant/lounge, and very good and sightly view.

I was there to attend a family funeral and the attitude of the hotel was a relaxed, practical, comfortable place to stay.
