I really enjoyed myself in the Longbranch Hotel . I came to buy a dog so we stayed on the 1st Monday grounds across from the Dog Alley . My son wanted to buy that flying squirrel and we all decided a dog is much better. There are so many dogs to choose from but our favorite is a Yorkie so small and the markings perfect. We loved all the food in the Longbranch Cafe Tony is a great cook with a personality to match he made us feel like family. Also we loved our room we had a lot of fun and our stay was great . We walked and rode the carts when we got tired that is worth every nickle my feet were sure glad to return to a hot shower and relax in a very large room I could live there.I was so glad we got into a Hotel B&B so close to all shopping.

we shopped canton texas for 4 days and had a great time . Staying in the Lomgbranch was so nice and the parking is great we could walk to most shopping . we went on the Mountain and found all kinds of great places to eat and shop and they stay open untill 11:00 PM. We partyed and shopped there was a band in the Winery and on the Mountain we did our own kinda singing not the best but we had fun. I loved being in an OLD WEST TOWN gave us a break from the BIG CITY . The Mountain reminds me of Six Flags when I was a child it had and Old West Town Charm and they even had a Old west gun fight I thought the guys did a great job.

Best of was our location and the way we were treated and the food was great I will stay in the Longbranch hotel for the service the location and the GREAT FOOD ..............

I love homemade biscuits and gravy and the bacon was so crisp I loved it all we had a great time and shopped the Arbors.

Canton has really changes alot of the shops are brand new and they even had lattes in the Canton market.

I liked our room Miss Kitties really large my family and I sat out on the porch that night and it was like being at my Grandmas so home like and the Old look of the West cowboys is fun too.

I will go to Canton more often it's a get away and they also built a water park for the kids so there is a vacation in out future with canton on the Map.

was not happy with the what we saw when we arrived there. rooms are not very clean looking and are small and shabby. customer service not that great either. would not recommend this hotel.

I am a RED HAT LADY and we had the best time you would not believe all the shopping it would take a week to see it all . It was like going to Vegas only a big shopping market with things I have never seen . Western to antique to all the modern shopping. Canton is a place you can relax and have fun with your old gal friends and just have fun.

We loved the homemade grits I put Bacon in mine and it was good all of the biscuites were good I ate 2 and covered it with honey butter so good .

Tony has a great place and his place is on the 1st Monday grounds we just got up walked out the door and went shopping no paying for parking there and no driving also we went on the hill behind the Hotel and there was a man singing and we had the best time, also the shops were open late . I also will always stay with The Longbranch Hotel because of the way we were greated and the stay was the BEST you will love the Longbranch it's Bset Location Best service and the beds are great loved our room.

I personally know the owners of this hotel and I know they take great pride in running their hotel. This is a business to them and they love interacting with all their customers. Sarah is outgoing and friendly and loves meeting people and showing them around and where to go. Tony is wonderful, a great cook and pleasant. I haven't stayed here in almost 8 months but I know how hard they work to keep the place clean, fresh and updated. I was very impressed when I stayed there. They have one of the best locations in town and truly take personal interest in making sure all guests are well taken care of. I've read the other bad reviews and I'm sure they are isolated cases. No it's not the Hilton or Hyatt but believe me it's a great, quaint, nice place for a weekend of fun and shopping. Don't let the bad reviews dissuade you from staying here. You will love Tony and Sarah and by the time you leave you will feel as though you have found new friends.

It was wonderful to wake from a great night sleep to the smells of breakfast being cooked for you. They pulled out all the goodies. It has been a long time since I was at a hotel that had real meals. Most just hang a bag on the door with juice and donuts.

The western theme goes really great with the surrounding area. We love to stay here on Trade Day weekends.

The always have cool bottled water ready for a weary shopper and have never charged me for it.

We went up to the Long Branch one weekend and the service was great, the people wonderful and always wanting to help out or do something for you. We did not where to go and the owner showed us how to go up and around the area and get back. We also had breakfast and it was delicious and their company was just great. I have stayed in the Longbranch Hotel many times and Tony and his wife are very good people they go beyond the normal to make people happy.

The best part is the Location and the rooms are great my whole family stayed in one room and 2 to a bed which is fine because the location is where we can walk to all shopping and The Mountain has live entertainment untill 11:00 Pm with the greatest people one is on U-Tube Tincherville and he sings dances and is a great person also I have been going to the Canton area for 9 years and have stayed in all the B&B's on the Mountain it's fun and you are actually on the 1st Monday grounds, so you can walk to a winery next door how great is that and food stands set up everywhere so it's a great thing. The comforters are nice really I asked sarah and she said they were Waverly and the sheets and pillows are new .I think they do a great job Tony is a Chef and can make any kind of food . He is sweet and loving human being and I will continue to stay in The Longbranch Hotel and all the rooms are nice. People that write bad comments just are looking for a free ride in life and I feel sorry for them . I paid 59.95 per person and we stayed in a room with a King bed 2 Queens and a full bed we were very happy all girls and we all went to college together at SMU and this is our country get away we all live in FT. Worth to Dallas and parts of Tulsa so we have to plan and Tony has worked hard to make sure our trips are the best his wife takes pictures and we love the Longbranch and you will too. Do not pay attention to the other comments they are people that are unhappy and I feel sorry for them that they have to live in side of such hate may God help them and they get the medical attention they need.

I Loved staying at the Longbranch Hotel The food and service was like a great cruise only on land and no ocean waves. The place was so Western my fav I love the old west and the Mountain was like in Brandson Missouri all kinds of fun places and unique crafts that you do not see everyday. We rode the train to the top of the Mountain and walked down to see all the shops and there was a quilt auction going on that was so great I bought a 150.00 quilt for 25.00 never ever have I seen this in mylife great deals and more deals wow !!!!

Tony the owner is a Gem among men he is so nice and made us all feel like long lost family.

The location is perfect and you can walk next door to shop or eat no driving and free parking is great ,we parked in front of our room so great.............

Tony's wife went shopping with us and we had a blast she knows all the places to go to get the best deals and she does not charge to take you like some places charge for a shopping guide.

I will soon be making plans for our next trip we can't wait to see what Canton has next.

this is a very old, run down hotel. NOT CLEAN, and certainly not what you see in the pictures and description on the website. This man gave our room away, offered us a smaller room, and when we refused it, he started cursing us all, and would not refund any of our money, was supposed to give us a credit of $225, but instead charged another $225 to my card. our total should have been $550, and we are paying almost $700 for his mistake. I am having to fight this thru the police and my credit card company. DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

This is a shabby hotel for a high price. You would probably be happier somewhere else.
