I was given a very nice room on the 7th floor, which is a lock-out floor. The redecoration was done very nicely, The shuttle to the airport was on time and I enjoyed the food in the sports bar.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The staff at this hotel is among the best. The only dislike I have regarding the hotel is its location. It is next to the airport rather than downtown.
The staff is always courteous. They try to be accommodating whenever possible.

The rooms and the beds are comfortable, the heating and air conditioning units work well. However, they needed more modern TV's and the handicapped accessible room had a faulty shower and broken toilet seat. The shower head was set too high for me and it had no working hand held and the shower leaked onto the floor making it slippery and hazardous. I did not eat there this time, but in the past it had been ok. The location is excellent for the Long Beach airport. It has an elegant ambiance. The service staff is all great.
They had an easy check in, comfortable beds and clean and roomy rooms. It was relatively quiet as well.
