The Lone Star Inn is a lovely economy priced hotel in a good location. The property is two miles from the airport and a shopping mall, 3 miles from the zoo, and within walking distance of several restaurants. The amenitites featured are an outdoor pool, free parking, free local phone calls, free coffee in the lobby, cable tv and internet access.

The location is ideal if you are going back and forth throughout the city. Nothing luxy, but then again, nothing from a horror flick. I go into town quarterly and it's the best bargain for a safe no thrills stay.
The queen beds were very comfortable, housekeeping very thorough (passed the blacklight test), and the weekday 3-11 guy, Luis, is top-notch! The hotel is located less than a mile from the airport, and close to several very good restaurants.
