Horrible
Our room was filthy. The walls had holes in them. The manager was rude. At 55 a night the price and location we're ok. But we literally almost turned around and went home. If we wern't so tired from skiing we would have just gone home to ...

WHEN THE JACUZZI IS WORKING, ESPECIALLY IN WINTER, THIS IS THE BEST PLACE FOR THE MONEY!! UNFORTUNATELY, THAT IS ONLY 50% OF THE TIME, SO ASK BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION. ROOMS ADEQUATE. LOCATION GOOD.
IF JACAZZI BROKEN, USUALLY IN WINTER, STAY NEARBY AT PARKSIDE FOR 20 % MORE WITH HEATED POOL AND FIREPLACE AND FREE INTERNET.

I loved their homely behavior. Specially the owner is an honest and very polite man. I will suggest u all to stay their. LONE PINE is really a nice dreamy place with all modern amenities.
The owner of this lodge don´t gave me back the deposit (US$ 300,00). I did a work&travel program and stayed there about 5 months... We didn´t broken anything on the room.. but he keep the deposit to him.
This hotel is close to everything! Within walking distance of movies, restaurants, shops, casinos, the lake, Heavenly gondola, Raley's, you name it! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms are going through renovation and will be updated by spring '08. Can't wait to go back.
