It was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in at any hotel. The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful. The alarm clock needs a manual, though; we ended up using the concierge desk for a wake-up call, even though there was an alarm clock in the room. I stay there at least once a year and always look forward to my visit.
This hotel made me feel important: The staff is very attentive.

The seventh floor is in need of updating or modernization. The toilet in room made continuous dripping sound although no drips can be seen.

This hotel made me feel excited: Upon entering the hotel, the doorman was there to open the door and assist me with my luggage. Check-in was quick and accurate. I was escorted to my room. I appreciated the courtesy calls from housekeeping, the spa, beauty salon, etc.
