53 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for business

I was very pleased with personal attention from everyone. I was always called by name and greeted with a smile. They had a wonderful pool. I liked the free ice cream and lotion. I also liked the beautiful scenery along with well maintained walking paths.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The hotel had wonderful bedding and they left Hershey's kisses at your bedside! I felt really pampered by the pool.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

44 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for business

It was a lovely hotel with nice amenities and a great staff. For some reason we could not get any movies in our room and our bathtub was very slow to drain. But other than that our stay was excellent.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was able to call us by name immediately and the concierge was extremely helpful.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a beautiful location, with wonderful short walking trails in the foothills. They had great restaurants.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort.
