The view was breathtaking. I was well taken care of.
This hotel made me feel important: The room was continually kept clean, the used towels replaced, the beds turned down, there were flowers and mints on the bed. All these things made me feel important.

It was the first time we had ever stayed at a Loews Hotel. I thought it was nice and although I didn't pay for the room, I think their rates are too expensive.

This hotel is in a great location in Miami with nice (if small) rooms and wonderful service, as expected. We went for a romantic get-away but would take our daughter next time because although it's very family-friendly, it's not overrun with kids. The drinks were excessively expensive, be prepared to spend a fortune if you'll be having cocktails. Massages in the cabanas outside were relaxing. Emerald's restaurant was nice, we especially enjoyed the jazz brunch and the bloody mary's.

The location was great, very convenient to shops and restaurants. We loved the Emeril's that was attached to the hotel. The hotel was fun, nice, attractive, and we loved the experience.

The pool was open 24 hours. The hotel was close to many restaurants. It's a five-star hotel.

I love Loews. I have stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Studios as well as the Miami Hotel, and both experiences were wonderful. Even the 'average' person can feel like a celebrity when they stay at a Loews.
This hotel made me feel content: I went there during a very stressful time, and the setting was so beautiful that every time we went in the hot tub we were content.
