Dining our 1st night had the worst service I ever have had anywhere. This was corrected the other night. Also I met some great employees that went out of our way to make our stay enjoyable.

Loew's has an excellent, helpful, and very friendly staff. The room was beautiful, as well as the view. It was slightly more than expected. It was a wonderful weekend.
