Again -- when the room charge is this high, the food and the other services s/b priced within reason.
At these prices, there shouldn't be extra charges for stuff that less elegant places give away, like bathroom supplies. A bit too much chiselling for that extra little profit.

This is the third time I have stayed at this particular facility. They have become the standard against which I judge all customer service, and most of the time others are found lacking. Loews has spoiled me with excellent customer service and care.
Without exception every staff member paid attention to whatever I said and responded intelligently without a fawning attitude. They seemed to really be appreciative of my patronage and determined to make my stay excellent, which they did in every respect.
