The location is superb, in walking distance to the city docks. They have nifty nautical decor in the lobby and the rooms, albeit tasteful. It is perfect for a boat show!

The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Annapolis. The staff is always friendly and inviting. As a Loews reward program member I always get upgraded and I am able to use the commodore lounge.

This hotel made me feel secure: There is always staff present in the lobby area with a doorman or a valet to open the doors. I use the valet parking knowing my car is secure.

It’s a good location. It was the site of my conference and had great service.

It is very convenient to downtown Annapolis. There were eleven of us in five rooms. The staff was very nice to all of us. It is a dog-friendly hotel and it is fun to see all the dogs in the lobby.

It was fine. The hotel was average.

I liked the location and service and the comfort was fine. Our only complaint was the high cost of the valet service and the high cost of the room.

The staff knew very little about the city of Annapolis. The air conditioner did not work properly. Some food we did not order was set outside our door. We called about it and they did not care about it. It stayed there for more than twenty four hours. The neighborhood was a little shady.

It was a very nice hotel. The location to downtown water area was good. The area close to the hotel was a little rough and I was very cautious when walking by myself, especially in the evening. It was not suggested at the hotel and others in the area that I go for my exercise walk by myself in the early morning or later evening. I felt safe walking to the water area though. I would recommend it to other business people and tourists.

Loews is my favorite hotel in Annapolis. Its location is convenient, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are top-notch. We had a minor problem with the air conditioning, which was fixed within 10 minutes.

This hotel made me feel content: I was treated like a VIP. The staff always used my name and welcomed me back. The bedding was extremely comfortable. I could not have asked for more.

They have friendly employees who sent us to 'local' eats and not tourist traps. It's a wonderful hotel. The bar employees are also very friendly and helpful.

The staff was great, and the rooms were very well appointed. The beds were very comfy, and the pillows were the best!

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: I rather liked knowing that the hotel shuttle was available to pick us up after dinner. This generally isn't a service one finds readily available.
