Located in Wausau, Wisconsin, an area of Wisconsin not generally known as a vacation destination (e.g. Wisconsin Dells), it offers excellent value and a top-notch resort for the money.
The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. The water park kept the kids going for three days straight and the overall atmosphere couldn't be beat. A top-notch breakfast buffet was served every morning. They offer many different family and getaway packages, one of which is sure to fit everyone's needs.
There were only two minor disappointments: At night, the dinners at the restaurant were way too expensive and fussy, especially for a family with kids on a budget. The other puzzle was why the water park would open at 9:00, but the snack bar at the water park didn't open until 11:00. Did they think that nobody wanted a treat or a drink for the first two hours every day?
But outside of these minor inconveniences, I would recommend the resort to anyone
