The hotel is in a convenient location. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave oven. The bed was comfortable and the place was not noisy.

We've liked the accommodations and the warm welcome the proprietors provide for several years, when we visit our relatives in Lockport and are on the way to Canada for fishing.
The rooms provide just about everything you could ask for (even a microwave this time) and are exceptionally clean. The hosts remembered us from years ago and speeded up our check-in process, and when I forgot my favorite small pillow, they put it away for our return visit - and it appeared in our room just after we checked in on our return. A wonderful place to stay!

This is a great motel and they even have free videos, a 25 inch TV, free in room coffee that you can get packs of coffee replenished and free local paper by 8 am. It is a clean place also has suites. The rate for 2 people was 63.00 including tax when we stayed there.
