Furnishings not as convenient as could be - No bench or stand for luggage and no desk.

This is the only hotel (of many) I've ever stayed in that charged a security deposit to protect against damage and missing towels etc. (this requirement was not stated in advance). My deposit was refunded at check out.

I have stayed at Burnsville location 4 times over last 2 years and each time

the rooms and service just keep getting worse. Also if you make on line

reservations the price posted does NOT include any taxes ( very poor and misleading). Prices are reasonable but when include quality the value

is just average.

I stayed at Livinn suites in may of 2005. the people were very friendly.

We were quoted a room price on the phone, but when we arrived we were charged a higher price. They would not stand by their phone quote.

The manager often showed up late, and was very unprofessional, if it hadn't been for the friendly front desk staff and the maintenance man, Chuck, it would have been a very uncomfortable atmosphere.

While we were there, we were informed that only one of their hot water boilers worked, only one of their backup generators worked, and the sewer pipes backed up which stunk up one wing of the first floor, and resulted in us not being able to use our bathroom for more than two days.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was ok for what we paid for it; nothing fancy and could have been cleaner. The desk clerks were rude and not helpful. The main one talked on the phone to her friends and would not even look at us when we were standing there when we had a question about directions to an event in the area. We were not very satisfied with the service and I am planning on calling the hotel manager about the problem.
