Little America Hotel

It is a beautiful hotel. The coffee shop was a disappointment, though.

This hotel is a fine establishment. My complete stay was excellent in every way and I am looking forward to staying there again. All the staff and the workers were courteous and helpful and the restaurant and the bar were also exceptionally well run.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Everyone was willing to help us make our stay as comfortable and as easy as possible. We were greeted each day with a smile and asked if there was anything we needed. The bell hops were very attentive and helpful.

I have stayed in hotels all over the United States and overseas. I have never seen a hotel that was as clean as this one was, all the food was home cooked and excellent, the beds were comfortable and the rugs in the room were clean. There was not a speck of dirt. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. I will definitely stay at one again the first chance I get.

Check in took about thirty minutes due to the confusion over the primary person checking in and their roommate. There was loud noise near the pool and right outside the rooms. There was a charge of five dollars to print the boarding pass.

It's a great downtown location, close to the convention center. The rooms were nice sized, but a bit too fancy for me.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: They had expensive looking furniture and expensive looking furnishings.
