I have never been treated so rude. it started @ check in, where I was told that my room was not on the immediate grounds...but that we were 3 miles away. ( from the beach also) . when stunned, b/c I had asked to be by the water. the manager sherri told me to go to another hotel. and that todd the reservationist would never tell me something wrong. also, we had to change rooms our last night, which is fine. 7ut there was no bedding on the beds. we called to just bring overf some blankets... sherri showed up with the sheets, blankets and MAJOR attitude .sherri wanted to wake our 4 children who were already asleep wrapped in blankets to see for herself. when I told her she couldn't wake the kids she then had thrown the sheets at us.I am not sure why I was being accused of lying this weekend. I could add to this list of experiences, but I don't want to overwelm you. the avian forest room were nice, but the tall pines had green carpet and wicker ritan furniture.

Comfortable and pleasant. Lakeside Villas are perfect for a week stay. Not right on the ocean, but in a beautiful gated community with lakes and marshes. Well maintained and clean.

My husband booked this resort for our honeymoon back in 2005. I had been to the Myrtle Beach area several times, but always found the traffic annoying. Traffic is not a problem in Litchfield. I was delighted as soon as we arrived. The grounds...
