Good
The Lincoln Plaza is a good choice for those traveling on a budget. Just keep in mind that you're just going to get the basics, because that's all you're paying for. The room was adequate for my needs. The free parking and free wireless internet...

Mediocre
lincoln plaza hotel is one i wouldnt recommend to anyone. ther service here is not good at all. the people try to act friendly and are rude rude and not even worth going to.
I booked this res because it was close to where I needed to be, parking was free and the room had a refrigerator. The surrounding area is a run down China town to which the shops are CASH ONLY, my room was filthy! The television, coffee maker and...
I travel all the time, so I'm always looking for good deals. I'm not interested in paying for all kinds of extra amenities I'm never going to use. This hotel is a good bargain, and I would go back.
With everything getting more and more expensive, this place is pretty good for the price. Of course, I wouldn't go there on my honeymoon or anything. I thought the people were nice; but then again, I'm not one of those kinds of customers...
I'd have to disagree with the previous review who says that all the negative reviews about this hotel must be from the Hilton employees. I'm just a 25 year old college girl that was looking for a decent place to stay that was close to the...
25 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This was the worse "hotel" stay I've had so far. My boyfriend and I checked in and left to eat without seeing the room first. 4 hours later we came back and the first thing we noticed was how old, dirty, and foul smelling the room was. What made it worse was that our room was on the 7th floor, but we could still hear the late night bar/karaoke below us. The room looks more like a motel than a hotel. I've stayed at a Days Inn that was cleaner than this.
So we went to the front desk and spoke with the desk clerk to ask for a refund, because at this point we expected the room to be at least decent for the price we paid. She sends another worker to check our room, which we had not even used yet, he came back and said it was okay in chinese and she replied with what do you mean okay?! (I guess she had assumed that we couldn't understand her) So then she tells us that she can't give us a refund because we had "touched" the room, even though we just clearly heard her coworker told her that the room was fine.
So we asked for a room change and she offered us a room that was even dirtier and worse than the one before. At this point my boyfriend was really angry and we went back down to ask to check out and if we could at least pro-rate the room if she wasn't going to give us a decent room or a full refund. She kept arguing that the hotel policy won't allow her to ANYTHING and when we asked to see the policy she wouldn't give it to us. Then she told us that we had to wait till the next morning when the manager comes back.
To summarize - don't waste your money renting here. You're pretty much paying hotel prices for even less than motel quality.
I've heard of competitors writing fake/negative reviews to hurt each other, but the one below really takes the cake. It was obviously written by a Hilton employee who has never actually stepped foot in the Lincoln Plaza Hotel. Incidentally,...
hotel rooms are dirty, old decor, and smell bad. i will never stay there again... also bad service as well, poor doesn't work, no internet, old carpeting... list goes on and on, i really do not have anything good to say about this hotel. ...
