The Lincoln Plaza Hotel welcomes travelers to the San Gabriel Valley and the growing suburban town of Monterey Park. This southern California hotel is 18 miles from Universal Studios and nine miles from downtown Los Angeles. Standing seven stories tall, the Lincoln Park Hotel is not only the tallest building in Monterey Park, but the only hotel is Monterey Park. The hotel offers complimentary continental breakfasts each morning. The hotel includes an outdoor pool and two on site restaurants. Guestrooms include 27 inch televisions, refrigerators and coffeemakers.

36 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
This is the only true "hotel" (not a motel) in the Monterey Park area. The building is clean and safe. The rooms are modestly furnished, but they're comfortable. I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, I just needed a nice, clean place to sleep at a reasonable price, and that's exactly what I got.
I have stayed at the Lincoln Plaza Hotel serveral times. The new owners appear to be making a lot of improvements to the rooms and the rest of the building. I was very happy with my room on my latest visit.
