It was very convenient to sights, I had personalized service from the hotel staff, excellent breakfasts were included and the place was quaint, historic and very reflective of the English culture. I would recommend it highly. I hope to stay there again.

This hotel made me feel important: The owner wandered among guests during breakfast telling personal stories about himself and other guests who had stayed there. He talked about history of the building and the neighborhood.

It was reasonable for Belgravia.

There are so many things to love about the Lime Tree Hotel. The location is in the heart of Belgravia, central to all of London's famed attractions (Buckingham Palace, Victoria Station, Harrods, St James and Hyde Park), yet retains the quiet charm of this posh London neighborhood. The rooms are picturesque; the breakfast is magnificent; and best of all is the staff that operates this delightful hotel. They went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of in every possible way from doling out directions to all the attractions to suggesting restaurants and nightclubs around town.

You can walk around this neighborhood of Belgravia safely and without worry. There are several upscale shops, coffee houses and restaurants all around the corner. You might even find yourself walking amongst some of London’s more famous residents. There is an Underground station just around the corner that will take you into London’s city center. Taxis are also quite common throughout the neighborhood.

The price of the room will not break the bank. It’s much more affordable than a hotel in the heart of London.
