The rooms were great. We had a big flat screen TV, new tile, jacuzzi tubs and a nice suite. The Liki Tiki is great!!!! We got 2 suites and opened the connecting door. The kids loved it and they had quick access to Grandpa and Grandma. Perfect location.

They scammed my 60.00, we sent them the check for the free stays at 20. a night. We never head anything have called, nothing number is disconnected! What a joke that place is. They were rude there and when you go on a tour they only show you the nice rooms not what the actual rooms you will stay at look like!!!! Stay far far away!

Well I've been there twice now an I love their units. I have stayed in buildings 1000 and 1100. I've even use their colors in my home. The 1st time we stayed they had maid service every day. This time you requested what you need and they provided it ASAP then called to check on the service or items requested. This is the format of several local resorts there too. The only thing that kept me from giving them a 10 was the fact that they do not have free wireless internet in the Units or any wireless service like Some of the upscale hotels I've stayed in. For wireless service you have to go to the main building and pay like $6 for 24 hours. My 2 bedroom unit had an upscale feel and came with a 52" TV in the living room; a 27" flat screen in the master and a 27" TV in the second bedroom. The master bath had a 6'X4' Jacuzzi tub and separate shower and water closet. Oh if possible people with small kids should be placed on the 1st FL so they don't wake people up from all the fun jumping and running around in the morning. my advice would be to try and put them all in one building. They have new building built within the last 3 years. I've taken the tour twice and I hope to be a owner when they complete the new phase thats being built now.

Our family of 4 stayed at liki tiki Oct.4 - oct,13 and we had a great time. Service was good and room was nice. The carpet was a little dirty or maybe outdated but not bad. When we got there our air cond was not working we call them and they sent someone right away. Two days later it stopped again so we call again and they came right up and put a new thermostat in and worked great. Very nice pretty clean and would stay there again for sure!!

We stayed at the Liki Tiki Village Resort on a promotion. The resort is quite old and needs updating. After our time-share meeting, we were also given 3 days, 2 nights for $20 at our choice of 3 vacation areas. We followed the rules and tried to reserve our first vacation nights. When we didn't hear back within the 3 month period of time and our request dates were getting near, we tried to call the number listed on the form - "the mail-box is full, there is no other number to refer your call". Then we read other reports that this company KD's Get-aways has gone out of business in 2005. Would someone please report this to the Better Business Bureau to get this fraud stopped? We will not refer anyone to Liki Tiki because of this practice.

I stayed with my teenage kids, they stay as a whole was not bad, the problem is that this is a "water Park" for small kids, my kids did not enjoy it at all. the worst part is when they refer you to Taino Insentives for additonal vacation packages, after following the instruction i send in the $60.ck which was cashed wright away, but their is no one to follow up with, its a scam, they also give you a # in Dayona #800-581-3212, for an additional weekend vacation, ones you give your phone # i guess they find you in thier Liki Tiki system and they know you are calling for the free vacation they operator does not help you and transfers your call to a for ever ringing #, she claims that is the extension were they can help you. its too bad that the Liki Tiki works with these type of co, all they do is steel honest people money. i will never recommend the Liki Tiki to anyone.

I went to the time share tour, on tiki liki, after the tour, they give you a 2 nights 3 days accommodation in any hotel you want. That,s the thing, they work with a company named TAINO INCENTIVES E PREMIUMS with you are suppose to send $ 20 for those 3 days 2 nights, that company it,s been out off business since 2005. So, you send the money, and when you realize that you never got any mail with your mini vacation, you start to calling them. They never answer the phone , you can leave 100 messages but they never call you back. I ask myself, How such a big company like Liki Tiki can be working with a company like that????? Stay away

First I need to say the rooms were very nice, but that is about the only good thing about this "resort". I use those words very lightly. THe walls were so thin, the neighbor and I were dueling tv's. It is a time share. They call you on the phone to bother you about coming to their "breakfast", then they give tours of the pools while you are sitting there. Very cheesy since you are on display for future buyers. The wave pool not working. The bumper boats closed. An hour wait to peddle boat. The one pool had very gross, slimy things floating in it. Filtration system not working, I guess. The fire alarm went off at 10:30 p.m., People were complaining this was the 4th time this week. Some people packed and left. No explanation for the alarm. Roach in the room. The worst thing is that they double charged my credit card and on check out would not let me leave w/o paying another night. Then the clerk lied and told me she called my bank personally and they told her the refund was issued. She could not have gotten in my accout b/c she did not have my personal info. Finally the manager on duty came out and told me she did "lie" and that they called the reservations department and got the money refunded, but they never did call my bank. The other clerk on duty was screaming at me b/c I told them they had lied to me. It was just crazy. This was a VACATION!?!?! I was so aggravated leaving there. This is a poorly run "resort" to say the least. You would do better going somewhere else.
